Due to the amendment of Article 210 of the Administrative Code of Allegheny County by Ordinance 06-24-OR, the annual appeal window for the 2025 tax year was August 1, 2024 through October 1, 2024. The annual appeal window for tax year 2026 will open on July 1st, 2025 and close on September 2nd, 2025.
