The Annual Appeal window for 2025 is from August 1, 2024 to October 1, 2024 per County Ordinance 06-24-OR. Please locate your parcel and go to the Appeals tab to file ONLINE during that time.
NOTE: If your property will be taxed by Allegheny County for the first time in 2025, it will not be found on this site until we certify values in January 2025.
