Due to the amendment of Article 210 of the Administrative Code of Allegheny County by Ordinance 06-24-OR, the annual appeal window for the 2026 tax year was July 1, 2025 through September 2, 2025. The annual appeal window for tax year 2027 will open on July 1st, 2026 and close on September 1st, 2026.
